Reflection

💭
MyLife offers a great framework that will make your reflection a pleasant experience of self discovery and growth. This is an amazing opportunity to track your progress, thoughts and log everything that’s happening in your life.

🚀 Action

Reflect on the past 30 days using MyLife reflection framework.

🤔 The Why

Known as the foundation of growth, reflection plays an important role in everyone’s life. A good skill of reflection (that can grow into wisdom) defines the quality of our decisions, and there, life.

We learn things when we can actively reproduce them in our minds. What could be more important and exciting than learning about your own life? Using reflection we can build better strategies for our own life and for people around us.

🧐 The How

Open MyLife framework in Notion and click on “Reflections”. Select a month that you want to reflect and click on it. You will see the framework that might look a bit complex, but once you start filling it out - it is actually super easy and pleasing.

You can rank from 1 to 10 each aspect of each Life Area and make comments on how did you do in that regard, what prevented you from achieving more, or any other comments that you might have.

After completing reflection for each life area, you will be offered to answer some thought provoking questions. The whole exercise should take about 60-90 minutes to complete.
